Timeline:
August 30, 2025 – I was falsely imprisoned by officers T. Johnson (#2736) and D. Calderon (#2703) and surveyed by enlisted gang-stalker/police informant Mary Mount Dunbar after leaving Hub City Brewing (250 West Main Street, Jackson, TN 38301) with my miniature poodle whom's 19th birthday we were out celebrating. Law enforcement, without either reasonable suspicion or probable cause, physically assaulted me, sexually assaulted me, violated my 8th Amendment Rights against cruel and unusual punishment, failed to mirandize, refused to provide any type of field sobriety tests to confirm the police officer's false accusations, maced me for continuing to request they perform some sort of toxicology test, and are knowingly using this as a false basis for isolating, defaming me, financially injuring me, and trying to illegally force me into the criminal system.
October 24, 2025 – Former landowner, Tilda and Terry Pearson, Mr. Pearson whom has verbally threatened me over antique horse drawn plowing equipment that did not belong to them for the reason that I gave them the opportunity to present anything at all (i.e., photos, texts, documents, auction receipts, etcetera) proving ownership on November 01, 2024...Not only did the Pearsons refuse to present anything at all to prove ownership, but instead issued the threat, "Be careful now" upon exiting my driveway. These actions, coupled with Terry Pearson's threat to "be careful", prompted me to reiterate to the Pearson's a need to establish a mailing address or P.O. Box for my mortgage payments for the reason I no longer felt comfortable having the Pearsons come to collect my payments in-person.
Consequently, the Pearsons made false allegations of harassment which were court sanctioned by Judge/Clerk/Judicial Commissioner Alicia Williams who I am in the process of confirming if she is the recipient of a sentence commutation by Governor Bill Lee (please see commutation document attached below). Alicia Williams should be stripped of her public office and criminally prosecuted for signing-off on a criminal summons dated October 21, 2025 without actually having probable cause or reasonable suspicion of actual harassment.
