The Devil is Alive in West Tennessee

The words of Pastor Niemoller echo down the halls of eternity and still hold true today. First they came for the children and the elderly and I did not speak out—Because I was neither a child nor elderly. Then, they came for the homeless and prisoners and I did not speak out — Because I was neither homeless nor imprisoned. Then, they came for the activists and I did not speak out — Because it was not for my cause. Then they came for me — and there was no one left to speak for me. I am presently being assaulted, battered, gang-stalked (i.e., targeted), falsely imprisoned, defamed, falsely criminalized, sexually assaulted, and even my pet has been murdered by law enforcement while a whole community of people remain silent. No one is, and no one has, spoken for me. It is this same, exact silence which allows for the Palestinian Genocide, the CONGOLESE Holocaust that never stopped, the "Epstein Files", and other American Horror Stories such as mine to exist. This is not new–spying (i.e., espionage) and oppression are concepts as old as civilization itself. The question remains, how long will people remain silent over the sounds of their own suffering?

Federal and local state governments have orchestrated the surveillance, destruction, and (in certain instances) the neutralization of its own citizens. Intelligence gathering has always been a tool used to monitor people AND suppress dissent. World Wars have given rise to the birth of modern intelligence agencies. For example, the Office of Strategic Services (i.e., the "OSS") was formed specifically during WWII and served as the direct predecessor to the CIA which was established by President Truman in 1947 via the National Security Act. The legislation allowed the agency to SECRETLY fund intelligence operations and develop personnel procedures outside standard U.S. government practices. Finally, following the September 11, 2001 incidents, the U.S. government, by means of government sanctioned overreach, drastically expanded domestic surveillance through policies such as the USA PATRIOT ACT, the FISA Amendment Act, and Executive Order 12333. They are literally targeting, surveilling, collecting information without consent, partnering with law enforcement, financially monitoring "United States Persons", and more. There is overwhelming material evidence demonstrating that OUR basic rights and civil liberties are being erroded away as you read this. So, why is it so difficult for the American public to accept and comprehend that we are not exempt from its own government's DEMONSTRATIVE ACTS OF TYRANNY? 

 1. I AM BEING ASSAULTED AND BATTERED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT: (a) Assault: It is the intentional act of causing a reasonable person to fear of IMMINENT harmful or offensive contact. (b) Battery then, is the actual act of intentionally causing harmful or offensive contact without the person's consent. It is easy to think of an assault as a level of awareness prior to a battery about the battery (i.e., sensing an attack or battering is imminent), or assault as a sort of "byproduct" of battery. The following timeline is complete with supporting evidence accompanying each instance of illegal police misconduct:

November 2009: I was illegally removed by threat of unlawful force from my vehicle by a white male officer of the Metro Nashville Police Department immediately upon exiting the parking lot of a Tiger Mart petrol station. The officer then proceeded to illegally search my person, confiscate my cellphone, and power it off (i.e., my phone) so that I was unable to record the corrupt police encounter. I was handcuffed, detained (i.e., "falsely imprisoned") outside view of the public eye inside the officer's patrol car, and  proceeded to have my Constitutional guarantees violently stripped away by the white police officer.

05/25/2018: I was illegally assaulted and battered by three officers employed by the San Diego Police Department over a simple, LEGAL decision to not make a right turn. I was polite and compliant with the officers to no avail. This somehow led the three illogical male public servants to falsely accuse me of D.W.I., loudly articulate false information into their body cameras in an attempt to support the false narrative being engineered by the officers in real-time, assault and physically slam me around on the exterior of my vehicle, crank my arms behind my back (i.e., excessive force), and arrest me without cause. After being physically harmed by three grown men who swore an oath to serve and protect AND having a blood alcohol content of 0.01% per every 100ml of blood which is less than one standard drink. Levels this low can also be indicative of a "false positive" potentially caused by trace amounts of alcohol found in food, medications, consumer products, mouth contamination, or device calibration issues. The focal point and emphasis here being that I am innocent, the police did not have a valid, lawful reason for initiating the stop, and still arrested AFTER being proven innocent by law enforcement standards and testing.

 2. I AM BEING GANG-STALKED: Gangstalking is the systematic monitoring, surveillance, and harassment of targeted individuals. It is one of the many vehicles used to suppress and oppress dissent. Gang-stalking is often associated with deep state structures and discredited by mental health professionals leaving targeted individuals being mislabeled with serious mental health conditions such as delusion, paranoia, psychosis, grandiose narcissism—or, as having alleged "victimhood" mentalities created through specific social justice movements, or far worse. At the 2025 Global Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, and Psychiatry Conference ("GAB"), Dr. Sam Vankin (a prominent Israeli professor and author of psychology) described gang-stalking as a [modern] psychosocial phenomenon without dismissing the fact there are mental illnesses associated with the individuals having fase beliefs and/or delusions of being stalked by others. In other words, there are actual individuals who suffer from false beliefs and/or delusions about being surveilled by others. Dr. Vankin lists ten environments that are ripe for gangstalking: (1) Workplace Mobbing, (2) Street Theater, (3) Electronic Harassment/Assault (4) Flying Monkeys/Unwitting Collaborators, (5) Neighborhood Stalking,(6) Community/Neighborhood Stalking (7) Cyberstalking and Digital Hacking (8) Gaslighting and Psychological Warfare (9) Narcissistic Abuse by Proxy, and (10) Victimhood Gangstalking. a. Workplace Mobbing is defined as a type of group bullying where two or more peers and/or superiors systematically target, harass, and isolate an employee(s) to emotionally destroy and force the targeted individual(s) outside the organization. It is worth noting workplace mobbing is often used in concert with other gangstalking environments to exert financial controls and oppression over the target(s). b. Street Theater: In terms of gangstalking, is defined as staged and/or orchestrated public scenarios designed to harass targeted individual. It contrasts greatly with the traditional definition of street theater which transports live performances to public, non-theater spaces without the conceptual constraints of formal staging, ticketing, or fixed seating.

I AM BEING TARGETED: 4. and I do not mention these individuals for comparison, but as documented and recorded incidents as resources to examine for their own critical thinking because we live in a world of where the person thinking must be more important than the thought itself for people to move from the physical plane to one where unseen transformation is the actual goal. Change is the one constant in life. The earliest recorded incidents of stalking involve, but are not limited to the following individuals: QANON,cults (hyper vigilant/the mentally ill), metoo. Shared Psychosis (a) inducer (b) secondarily induced participants, a false morality play of good v. evil = splittig. Corporations, institutions, ideals, and beliefs can be targets of gang-stalking
